LTD. or of its rights-holding partners, and is protected under the applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written consent of VBCREATION PTE. LTD., is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

Third-party trademarks, logos and trade names mentioned on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Personal Data (GDPR/PDPA)

4.1 Data controller

The controller of personal data collected through the Site is VBCREATION PTE. LTD. (contact details under §1).

VBCREATION PTE. LTD. acts as data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”), Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“EU GDPR”), and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore, “PDPA”).

4.2 UK and EU representatives

As VBCREATION PTE. LTD. is established outside the United Kingdom and outside the European Union but offers services to individuals located in these territories, it is required to designate representatives under Article 27 of both the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

As VBCREATION PTE. LTD. is established in Singapore, some processing operations involve the transfer of personal data to Singapore. Transfers from the United Kingdom rely on the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the ICO. Transfers from the European Union rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission under Decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021. 6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Singapore law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of UK consumer law, EU consumer law and applicable data protection law.
